11th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

For our 11th Anniversary batch of Head High we added a large Rye addition to the malt bill, swapped out most of our hop pellets for concentrated Cryo hops, and added a double dry-hop with some of our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops. ⁣ ⁣ Double Dry-Hopped 11th Anniversary Head High was brewed with Citra Cryo, Centennial Cryo and Chinook Cryo in the Whirlpool then dry-hopped with the Cryo version of Simcoe, Citra, Cascade, Centennial and Chinook. ⁣ ⁣ We then added an additional round of dry-hopping with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy.⁣ ⁣ Double Dry-Hopped 11th Anniversary Head High pours with a dense haze and is packed with an intense combination of classic dank and fruity notes, grapefruit, pine, and citrus rounded out by a plush creamy mouthfeel.⁣

11th Anniversary IPA

Quadruple IPA

11.0% ABV

This high gravity IPA was brewed with Pilsner, White Wheat, Oats and we added some dextrose to increase the fermentability. It was bittered early in the keep for balance then dry-hopped twice with a blend of 11 different hop varieties at close to 9lbs per barrel. The first dry-hop blend included Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin. The second addition was Simcoe, Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo, Chinook and Columbus. Following the second dry-hop Our 11th Anniversary IPA was cold crashed and conditioned to help bring all these big flavors together. Our 11th Anniversary Quadruple IPA is a big and bold beer that pours with a hazy orange hue boasting aromas of candied citrus fruit, sweet fruit, and gummy bear with a clean overall fermentation profile, low bitterness, and warming alcohol note.

12th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Our 12th Anniversary Head High is a 7.2% IPA brewed with our house Pilsner malt, wheat and a considerable addition of Malted Rye. This special edition of Head High was hopped with Citra and Cascade in the whirlpool then followed with two rounds of dry-hopping. The first consisting of a blend of Citra, Cascade and Simcoe, the second a blend of Nelson, HBC586 and Galaxy. This special Anniversary edition of Head High brings together some of our favorite classic hops from when we first opened with a special blend of some of our favorite more recently developed hops from the last decade.

12th Anniversary IPA

Imperial IPA

8.5% ABV

Our 12th Anniversary IPA is an 8.5% Imperial India Pale Ale brewed with Pilsner, Wheat and Malted Oats sourced from our friends at Rabbit Hills Farms in New Jersey. In the spirit of 12 years, this Imperial IPA was brewed using a carefully selected blend of 12 different hops. In the Whirlpool we chose to showcase Motueka, Wai-Iti and Wakatu hops—all New Zealand hops to create a bright, lime-citrus profile. The first dry hop consisting of Riwaka, Moutere, Hohatu and Hallertau Blanc bring notes of passionfruit, peach, and white wine. The second dry hop features a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, Galaxy and Huell Melon, adding tropical and more stone fruit flavors.

13th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

This celebratory iteration has a similar malt bill to its classic counterpart with the addition of rye. 13th Anniversary Head High was hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Cascade, then dry-hopped with Citra, Cascade & Simcoe, taking a page from the classic Head High hops. This beer was given a more unique second dry-hopping of Peacharine & Pink hops, along with Galaxy, Nelson & Citra giving this IPA layered notes of peach, passion fruit, tropical fruits, berries and white wine.

13th Anniversary IPA

Imperial IPA

8.5% ABV

13th Anniversary IPA, our 8.5% Imperial IPA, was hopped with a collection of some of the best and most flavorful New Zealand and Pacific Northwest hop varieties. Motueka, Riwaka and Wakatu were added in the Whirpool, Moutere, Kohatu, Hallertau Blanc & New Zealand Cascade in the first dry-hop, and Peacharine, Pink, Nelson, Nectaron, Galaxy & HBC 1019 in the second dry-hop.​ 13th Anniversary IPA pours a hazy pale gold and showcases a vibrant and complex flavor profile with a rich combination of mango, nectarine, pineapple and berry notes. This profusion of hops contribute to an intricate drinking experience worthy of celebration, culminating in a layered but balanced bitterness and a smooth, juicy finish.

Across The Galaxy

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Across The Galaxy was brewed with a blend of Pilsner, White Wheat, Oats, and a touch of light crystal malts. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped in the whirlpool with Riwaka followed by a heavy dry hopping of Galaxy, Riwaka, and HBC 586–a punchy blend of three of our favorite hops. ⁣ ⁣ Across The Galaxy pours a juicy pale orange color with an opaque level of haze and a forward hop expression of passionfruit, pineapple, and powdery sauv blanc undertones with a very low bitterness and soft profile.⁣

Blue Hotel

India Pale Ale

7.5% ABV

Blue Hotel is hopped in the Whirlpool and dry-hop with nothing but Galaxy, pushing the tropical fruit notes of one of our favorite hops. Blue Hotel pours a hazy pale yellow with intense flavor notes of passion fruit, citrus and peach.​

Blue Motel

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Brewed to be a lower ABV relative to Blue Hotel, this beer is hopped with Galaxy and Riwaka in the Whirlpool, followed by a dry-hop of Galaxy, Riwaka, and Citra. ​ Blue Motel offers bold hoppy notes of passionfruit, peach and citrus.​

Blue Ramp

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Blue Ramp is our 7.4% IPA brewed to showcase some of our favorite hops. Blue Ramp is hopped in the whirlpool with Riwaka then dry hopped with a massive amount of Galaxy, Citra, Nelson and HBC 586. The combination of these hops puts forth one of the juiciest hop profiles we have made to date. Blue Ramp pours a hazy golden color with aromatics of passionfruit, overripe mangoes and guava.

Brew Jersey Southern Hemisphere

India Pale Ale

6.7% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with The Brewer’s Guild Of New Jersey and over 35 other breweries, this multi-brewery release is intended to raise funds for the Guild's continued goal of helping to promote, protect and grow New Jersey's craft beer industry. Brew Jersey Southern Hemisphere is brewed with pils, wheat and New Jersey grown and malted oats from Rabbit Hill, and hopped with Nelson, Galaxy and Riwaka. This beer showcases southern hemisphere hops. Aromatic notes of kiwis and sauvignon blanc are tied together with bright flavors of passionfruit, diesel and pine.

Casino Pier

India Pale Ale

6.2% ABV

Casino Pier is hopped with Galaxy & Riwaka in the Whirlpool, and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson & Citra. We used a West Coast yeast strain for a clean and neutral fermentation, allowing the bold flavors and aromas of the hops to take center stage. Casino Pier pours an unfiltered gold with a thick frothy foam. This IPA boasts aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and berry with a vibrant flavor profile of stone fruit, berries and pine with underlying floral notes. Its lower ABV and crisp, dry finish make Casino Pier supremely drinkable.

Corduroy Lines

Imperial IPA

8.4% ABV

Corduroy Lines is brewed with Citra in the whirlpool, followed with a heavy dry-hop of Galaxy, Waimea, and Citra. Corduroy Lines pours with a bright orange haze and brings bright hop flavors of orange creamsicle, stone fruit, tropical fruit with a hint of resinous pine.

Double Dry Hopped Galaxy Head High

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Double Dry-Hopped Galaxy Head High is hopped with all the same great hops, plus an additional round of dry-hopping with one of our favorite hops—Australian Galaxy.⁣ ⁣ The addition of Galaxy adds more stone fruit, juicy peach, passionfruit and citrus flavors.⁣

Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.8% ABV

This take on classic Party Wave was hopped with Citra and Mosaic in the Whirlpool before receiving a huge double dry-hop of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. ​ ​ We dry-hopped this beer at a rate of close to 8lb per barrel giving way to intense hop notes of mangos, pine and passionfruit.​

Double Galaxy Head High

Imperial IPA

6.6% ABV

Double Galaxy Head High was brewed to push the tropical and citrus notes of classic Head High one step further. Double Galaxy Head High was brewed with Citra and Centennial in the Whirlpool, then double dry-hopped; first with Citra, Chinook and Simcoe, then with Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, Cascade Cryo and a massive double dose of Galaxy.​

Double Galaxy Party Wave

Imperial IPA

7.8% ABV

Double Galaxy Party Wave, our 7.8% IPA. Brewed with a base of pilsner malt along with a ton of wheat and oats, hopped with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool, followed by a massive dry hop of Galaxy, Citra, Nelson, and Riwaka. We brought in a new harvest of our hand-selected Galaxy crop, and we are stoked to feature it in this batch. Double Galaxy Party Wave pours a dense hazy yellow with aromatics of white peach gummies, passion fruit, and overripe mangoes, along with stonefruit.

Double Mosaic Party Wave

India Pale Ale

Double Mosaic Party Wave is the newest iteration of one of our year-round beers, Party Wave, swelled with extra Mosaic hops.​ Double Mosaic Party Wave carries the familiar citrus and peach flavors with amped up tropical notes of pineapple and blueberry.​

Double Ripple

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Double Ripple is the juiced-up cousin of Ripple, our single hop Nelson Sauvin session ale. Double Ripple is hopped with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin in the Whirlpool. This batch was then double dry-hopped with a blend heavy on Nelson Sauvin and Citra with a small punch of both Galaxy and Riwaka. Double Ripple pours a bright yellow haze with layers of fruity Sauvignon Blanc character, passion fruit, light diesel and citrus notes finishing extremely soft with low bitterness.

Eastern Sky

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Eastern Sky was hopped with Nectaron and Citra in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Sabro, and Galaxy. This beer pours a hazy orange color, with a hop-forward flavor and aroma profile with notes of citrus fruit, candied pineapple and orange rind with a clean finish.

First Reef

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

First Reef was hopped with Amarillo in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo, and Galaxy. First Reef pours with a dense haze and delivers a clean hop-forward aroma and flavor expression of sticky sweet fruit, citrus, peach gummies, and pineapple balanced with light bitterness.

Fisherman's Walkway

West Coast IPA

7.6% ABV

Brewed with simple malt pilsner and fermented with a clean neutral yeast strain to highlight the hops. Fisherman's Walkway is hopped with Simcoe in the kettle, Galaxy and Mosaic in the whirlpool and Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo and Columbus Cryo in the dry hop. Fisherman’s Walkway pours a straw blonde and has aromatics of stone fruit, pine and resin. This beer is unfiltered with a dry, crisp, bitter and drinkable profile.

Galaxy Punch

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Galaxy Punch was brewed with lactose to increase body and add some sweetness to balance the acidity of the fruit. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped with Australian Galaxy in the whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with even more Galaxy. Finally it was conditioned on Guava during fermentation. ⁣ ⁣ This beer pours with a ruby red color and boasts flavors of freshly juiced guava, deep passionfruit, and pink grapefruit with a light acidity and smooth mouthfeel.⁣

Gravitational Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Gravitational Party Wave, our 7.0% IPA brewed with our good friends at Conclave Brewing was born in 2019 from a blend of Conclave’s Gravitational Waves and our Party Wave. This 7.0% IPA is brewed with a pale grist including pilsner, oats and wheat. For this batch we added some Riwaka and Citra in the Whirlpool, then heavily dry hopped it with Galaxy, Citra, and El Dorado. Gravitational Party Wave is pale and hazy with a bright nose of orange citrus and passionfruit. It brings big flavors of juicy peach, tropical fruit and melon, finishing with a low, clean bitterness.
