TASTING ROOM
Our current Tasting Room has come a long way from our original space—created out of a converted conference room featuring 6 draft beers. As the brewery grew in popularity the Tasting Room spilled out into the brewery itself located along side our original 20bbl brewhouse and original 40bbl fermenters. In March of 2023 we were finally able to acquire more space to create a custom designed tasting room for our guests and visitors to better experience our beers.
The newest Tasting Room offers 16 draft beers, including small batch and limited releases, rare barrel-aged beers, bottles of our Spontaneous Beer Project, Field & Oak and occasional hand-drawn cask beers from our beer engine. We brought parts of our old tasting room with us, upcycling the old hand-built oak bar into customer tables and turning emptied bourbon and wine barrels into several high-top tables. In addition to these custom build tables, we have a smaller lounge area for relaxing on our couches and sharing a beer with old friends.

We also offer a wide variety of fresh IPAs, traditionally brewed lagers, stouts and a host of other styles in cans and our award winning barrel-aged stouts and barleywines in bottles, and a wide assortment of Kane merchandise to take with you.

13.4% Double Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Selected from some of our favorite Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts. These barrels, with an average age of 25 months, were blended and Double Barrel-Aged for an additional three months in separate spirits casks. Notes of caramel, vanilla bean and coconut with highlights of fresh baked cinnamon pastry and additional layers of sweet cake frosting and dark mocha.

13.6% Blend of Barrel Aged Ales
Pulled from a blend of barleywines aged for an average of 28 months in a blend of Buffalo Trace, Elijah Craig & Stagg Jr bourbon barrels along with a blend from our previous Anniversary Ale aged in rye whiskey barrels. Deep aromatics of vanilla frosting and cinnamon, with flavors of hazelnut praline, chocolate ganache.
