Galaxy Punch

Galaxy Punch was brewed with lactose to increase body and add some sweetness to balance the acidity of the fruit. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped with Australian Galaxy in the whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with even more Galaxy. Finally it was conditioned on Guava during fermentation. ⁣ ⁣ This beer pours with a ruby red color and boasts flavors of freshly juiced guava, deep passionfruit, and pink grapefruit with a light acidity and smooth mouthfeel.⁣
