Do I Even Like Eggnog?

Holiday Ale

6.8% ABV

This 6.8% Eggnog-inspired Holiday Ale is brewed with our house pilsner malt, wheat, oats, and lactose for a full-bodied beer, reminiscent of a traditional holiday eggnog.​ ​ To balance the sweetness from the lactose, this beer was gently hopped in the kettle, then conditioned on nutmeg and bourbon-soaked vanilla.​ ​ Do I Even Like Eggnog? pours a hazy gold with holiday forward notes of vanilla and light bourbon spice.​ ​ Do I Even Like Eggnog? blends all the character of traditional Eggnog with a smooth and full-bodied ale.

Světlé 8°

Czech-Style Pale Lager

3.5% ABV

Světlé 8° was cold fermented, naturally carbonated and lagered for 5 weeks before packaging.​ Světlé 8° is supremely crisp and drinkable with bright, refreshing notes of fresh bread and subtle lemon, making this pale lager a great choice for a highly sessionable lager.

Colorless Rainbow

India Pale Ale

7.3% ABV

Colorless Rainbow was brewed with a small hit of Centennial in the kettle, followed by a large addition of Riwaka and Centennial in the whirlpool. It was heavily dry-hopped with a blend of Citra, Riwaka, Centennial and Chinook. Colorless Rainbow pours a hazy pale orange and is saturated with complex hop profile of passionfruit, powdery mango, and tropical fruit juice all backed by a smooth and pleasant bitterness.

Tmavé 10°

Czech-Style Dark Lager

4.8% ABV

A more sessionable version of our Czech-style Dark Lager, Tmavé 13°, Tmavé 10° uses a multi-step mash and floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner and Bohemian Dark Munich.⁣​ Tmavé 10° is hopped with Czech Saaz and fermented with our house lager yeast. It's then spunded for natural carbonation and cold conditioned for six weeks.⁣​ Tmavé 10° pours a deep amber with a creamy, tan head, pushing notes of toasted bread, light toffee and a malty sweetness balanced by a restrained floral bitterness from the Saaz.⁣​

Green Lines

India Pale Ale

6.5% ABV

Green Lines, our 6.5% India Pale Ale, is brewed with Citra and Amarillo in the whirlpool, followed by a dry-hop of Citra, Columbus, and Simcoe. ⁣ ⁣ Green Lines pours a hazy pale gold color with a pleasantly dank and fruity hop expression. This highly drinkable IPA brings flavors of stone fruit, light pine, and bright citrus.⁣ ⁣

Whitehall

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Whitehall is hopped in the whirlpool with Citra, then heavily dry-hopped with a blend of Mosaic, Citra, and Citra Cryo. Whitehall pours a deep hazy orange with vibrant aromatics and flavors of juicy peach, passionfruit, and lychee.

Donut Shack

Apple Cider Donut IPA

6.8% ABV

Our 6.8% Apple Cider Donut IPA is brewed in collaboration with our longtime friends at Delicious Orchards.​ Apple Cider Donuts from Delicious Orchards were added in the mash along with our house Pilsner, wheat and oats for a full-bodied beer. We added freshly pressed apple cider to the kettle with a small amount of lactose to replicate the sweetness of the donut and balance the tartness of the cider. Donut Shack is lightly hopped to add sweet vanilla and coconut flavors, and is finally conditioned on cinnamon to bring together all the flavors of Apple Cider Donuts. Donut Shack pours a light hazy gold with notes of apple, pear, bright cider and cinnamon.

Through the Empty Space

Oatmeal Stout

7.4% ABV

Through The Empty Space was brewed with British base malt, roasted barley, and chocolate malts for added character. We also added medium caramel malts to the grist for enhanced sweetness.​ ​ Through The Empty Space was hopped in the kettle with unique English hops, EKG and Fuggle.​ ​ Through The Empty Space is a full-bodied and smooth Oatmeal Stout, pushing notes of chocolate and coffee.​

Fluorescent Nights

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Fluorescent Nights is brewed to showcase the tropical, berry and candy characteristics of Superdelic hops. Fluorescent Nights is brewed with a Pilsner base followed by a Superdelic hop infusion in the Whirlpool along with Citra and Riwaka. Fluorescent Nights is dry-hopped with tons of Superdelic, supported by Simcoe and Nelson. This hazy IPA delivers flavors of bubblegum, citrus candy, berries and pineapple, all wrapped up in a pale gold pint.​

Coastal Glow

Vienna Lager

4.6% ABV

Coastal Glow is brewed with Barke Pilsner and Vienna malt, then gently hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh to provide a smooth bitterness and flavors complementary to the traditional Vienna Lager flavor profile. Coastal Glow is a highly sessionable amber lager pushing notes of honey and malty sweetness with a clean, crisp finish.

Jumping Rainbows

Imperial IPA

8.0%

Jumping Rainbows, our 8.0% Imperial IPA, a homage to our favorite hoppy Vermont beers. Jumping rainbows is brewed with a perfect balance of Pilsner malt, wheat, oats and a touch of crystal for an appealing hazy hue. It’s hopped with Chinook and Centennial on the hot-side along with Citra, Chinook, Amarillo and Columbus in the dry hop. It all comes together and pours a densely hazy light orange with aromatics of overripe mangos, pineapple and a touch of dank cannabis balanced by a well-integrated bitterness.

Retractable Skeg

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Retractable Skeg, our 8.0% Imperial IPA, is hopped in the whirlpool with Idaho 7 and Mosaic before a large dry-hop of Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra and Citra Cryo.⁣ Retractable Skeg pours a hazy pale orange with aromatics of tree ripened peaches, succulent mangos, and tangerines.⁣

Speciál 13°

Czech-Style Lager

5.4% ABV

This 5.4% Pale Lager is brewed using a multi-step mash with 100% floor-malted Moravian Pilsner and hopped entirely with Czech Saaz throughout the boil. It’s fermented cold with our house lager yeast and spunded for a natural carbonation. After lagering cold in stainless for six weeks, Speciál 13° drinks flavors of fresh baked bread and pushes light floral aromatics, backed by a clean bitterness and slight spiciness of our Saaz hops.

Intersecting Tides

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Intersecting Tides is brewed with a classic malt bill of British Pearl, a traditional floor-malted barley from this single variety. It is hopped in the Whirlpool with Centennial, and dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. Intersecting Tides pours a deep pale orange with hoppy notes of grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit and a hint of resin, balanced by subtle toasted, bready flavors from the Pearl malt.

Ripple

Session Ale

4.8% ABV

Ripple is brewed with Pilsner, wheat, oats, and a touch of crystal. It’s hopped with Nelson Sauvin in the kettle followed up by a massive Nelson Sauvin dry-hop. These hops exhibit strong flavors of tropical fruit, crushed grapes and white wine character.⁣

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is a new variant of our Sneakbox family favorite, BOXX, with a massive extra dose of hops. Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Riwaka. Then it's dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Nelson, with an additional dry-hop also including Simcoe, Riwaka & Krush (formerly HBC 586) to capture notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and white wine.

Bierhalle

Märzen Lager

5.6% ABV

⁣Bierhalle, our 5.6% German-style Märzen Lager, was brewed using the oldest German malting barley variety Isaria, and a blend of Barke Pilsner and Vienna made from heirloom barley varietals. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped in the kettle with several additions of Hallertau Mittelfrüh from Seitz Farms in Germany.⁣ ⁣ Towards the end of a cool fermentation with our house lager yeast, Bierhalle was spunded to allow the beer to carbonate naturally. It was then cold lagered in the brite tank for over a month before packaging. ⁣ ⁣ Bierhalle pours a deep burnt gold color with a light unfiltered haze. The use of German heirloom malts provide a malty-sweet taste and soft biscuit like aromas with notes of honey and toasted nuts. ⁣ ⁣ Bierhalle is a full-bodied lager with a gentle natural carbonation and a crisp, clean finish.⁣ ⁣

Waimea Pro

Imperial India Pale Ale

8.0% ABV

Waimea Pro is brewed with pilsner malt and hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra & Riwaka, followed by a generous dry-hop of Waimea, Galaxy, and Nectaron.​ The result is a hazy golden pour with vibrant notes of tangerine, pineapple, and mango.​

Manasquan Ridge

Imperial IPA

8.5% ABV

Manasquan Ridge, taking its name from the great fishing spot just off the coast, is hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, Galaxy & Nelson. Manasquan Ridge pours a hazy gold with aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit and grape, enjoyed with flavors of stone fruit, berries and grape with citrus undertones. ​

Casino Pier

India Pale Ale

6.2% ABV

Casino Pier is our all new 6.2% IPA hopped with Galaxy & Riwaka in the Whirlpool, and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson & Citra. We used a West Coast yeast strain for a clean and neutral fermentation, allowing the bold flavors and aromas of the hops to take center stage. Casino Pier pours an unfiltered gold with a thick frothy foam. This IPA boasts aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and berry with a vibrant flavor profile of stone fruit, berries and pine with underlying floral notes. Its lower ABV and crisp, dry finish make Casino Pier supremely drinkable.

Neon Lime

American Lager with Lime

Neon Lime, our 4.4% American Lager with Lime, is the prefect beer to drink during these long summer days. Neon Lime is a crisp, extra pale lager with a dry snappy profile highlighted by an extra layer of refreshing lime flavor and aroma.

Secret Mezzanine

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Secret Mezzanine is loaded with Simcoe and some of our other favorite hops, giving this hazy pale orange pint a dank pine and citrus flavor profile.​

Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch (2024)

Barrel-Aged Imperial Milk Porter

13.9% ABV

2024 Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch is a select blend of barrel aged Imperial Porters aged in freshly emptied Old Fitzgerald and Elijah Craig 8y Bourbon barrels for an average of 22 months.​ The blend was then racked into stainless and conditioned on cacao sourced from Ghana and Ecuador, freshly ground coffee from Rook, maple, cinnamon, and ancho chile. ​ Barrel-Aged Mexican Brunch pours dark black and opens with aromatics of bourbon-soaked chocolate java bean and flavors of caramel, maple and spice, combining for a bold and refined barrel-aged beer.​ ​

Parker Lager

Jersey Shore Lager

4.5% ABV

Parker Lager, inspired by our friends and legendary local summer spot, @parkerhousenj, is a true Jersey Shore Lager. Parker Lager, our 4.5% Jersey Shore Lager, is brewed with a blend of North American pilsner and New Jersey grown malt from Rabbit Hill Malthouse. It underwent our house lagering program including a multi-step infusion mash, thoughtful hopping with European noble hop varieties, and natural carbonation to make for a clean lager with remarkable drinkability. Parker Lager pours a light golden straw color with a dry and clean profile showcasing a pleasant cracker note that finishes extremely clean and refreshing.
