Across The Galaxy

Across The Galaxy was brewed with a blend of Pilsner, White Wheat, Oats, and a touch of light crystal malts. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped in the whirlpool with Riwaka followed by a heavy dry hopping of Galaxy, Riwaka, and HBC 586–a punchy blend of three of our favorite hops. ⁣ ⁣ Across The Galaxy pours a juicy pale orange color with an opaque level of haze and a forward hop expression of passionfruit, pineapple, and powdery sauv blanc undertones with a very low bitterness and soft profile.⁣
