OPERATIONS

INVENTORY ASSOCIATE

Kane currently has an opening for a full-time INVENTORY ASSOCIATE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the transfer of finished goods inventory between warehouses.
  • Pick and stage all raw materials (i.e. malt/hops) and packaging supplies (i.e. cans/lids/labels etc.) and transfer to correct warehouses for Production team’s use in accordance with Production plan.
  • Receive all shipments into the brewery, confirm all items and quantities correctly correspond to the purchase orders upon acceptance and deliver goods and packages to the correct locations and/or people.
  • Responsible for organization and warehousing of all incoming materials received
  • Responsible for weekly cycle counts of raw materials and monthly inventory counts of packaging materials.
  • Ensure warehouse is always clean and organized.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A valid Driver’s License and ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
  • Experience operating a forklift

ACCOUNTING

FINANCIAL ANALYST

Kane Brewing is currently seeking a Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and help facilitate the annual budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and multi-year financial planning to support the company's strategic goals.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
  • Prepare, analyze, and review periodic financial performance with department owners.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure healthy financial positioning.
  • Evaluate capital projects and investments, preparing financial models to assess potential ROI and long-term financial impact.
  • Perform detailed analysis of brewing and operational costs, including raw materials, production, and labor, to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and maintain revenue forecasts based on market trends, product launches, and channel performance.

PRODUCTION

PRODUCTION BREWER

We are looking for full time Production Brewer to add to our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Strict adherence to production and safety SOPs.
  • Production of wort that falls into the required specifications.
  • Monitoring fermentation temperature and activity.
  • Maintaining proper and accurate brew house records.
  • Maintaining brew house and milling cleanliness and organization
  • CIP/SIP of all brewery vessels
  • Wort and beer transfer
  • Yeast harvest, pitching and health management
  • Fermentation monitoring
  • Operating the centrifuge
  • Strict adherence to sanitary and record-keeping standards
  • Basic facilities maintenance
  • Manual cleaning of brewery equipment and parts
  • Assist management in assuring all production employees are always operating within specified safety SOP’s.
  • Assist in clean and sour barrel-aging program as needed
  • Contribute to pilot brewing program
  • Adherence to good manufacturing practices

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of proven brewing experience in a production/packaging brewery including wort creation on 10+ barrel brewing system
  • A degree from a professional brewing education program is preferred

PACKAGING OPERATOR

We are looking for a full time Packaging Operator to add to our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with all packaging processes including kegs, bottling and canning.
  • Properly clean and fill kegs.
  • Ensure all beer is in the proper condition (temperature, carbonation level, etc.) prior to packaging.
  • Ensure all packaging activity is done according to its SOP regarding yield, bottle and can fill-height, dissolved oxygen levels, and crowning and seaming standards and material loss.
  • Assist in canning utilizing the Wild Goose canning line and bottling on the Meheen bottling line.
  • Build and pack cases for cans and bottles.
  • Maintain proper packaging records and logs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all packaging equipment.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of packaging equipment.
  • Adherence to good manufacturing practices.

HOSPITALITY

ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER

Kane Brewing currently has an opening for a full-time Assistant Retail Manager.

The Assistant Retail Manager will create a welcoming environment, by creating a positive & comforting atmosphere in a clean, organized & well-maintained space. They will possess detailed knowledge of all available Kane products and supervise the part-time Tasting Room Associates who educate our customers on the brand & history of Kane and the craft-brewing process.  They will provide hospitable, knowledgeable, and engaging customer service.  The Assistant Retail Manager will ensure that the beer that is being served is the best possible representation of Kane Brewing’s company standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly serve and provide a high standard of service and consistency
  • Tap necessary kegs and check all taps for leaks
  • Display merchandise in a clean, organized fashion
  • Fully stock merchandise and “to-go beer”
  • Maintain merchandise, cold box and overstock organization
  • Maintain the inventory and order all tasting room supplies, including but not limited to bathroom & cleaning room supplies, growler tags, etc.
  • Update menu boards
  • Maintain retail POS systems, count drawers, divide tips, etc.
  • Ensure the tasting room is clean and orderly for opening
  • Oversee part-time tasting room staff and assist in scheduling

HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATE – PART TIME

Kane Brewing is currently seeking a Part-Time Hospitality Associate. Hospitality Associates pour beer in our Tasting Room and work the retail counter selling beer and merchandise to go. Required work hours are one shift each on Saturday and Sunday. Approximate hours per weekend: 10 – 16 hours.

IMPORTANT: If you already have a full or part-time position with a wholesale distributor of alcohol or a bar/restaurant and are looking for extra hours, please do not apply.  We cannot hire across tiers of the three-tier alcohol distribution system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and welcome them to the Brewery.
