ACCOUNTING
FINANCIAL ANALYST
Kane Brewing is currently seeking a Financial Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and help facilitate the annual budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and multi-year financial planning to support the company's strategic goals.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Prepare, analyze, and review periodic financial performance with department owners.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure healthy financial positioning.
- Evaluate capital projects and investments, preparing financial models to assess potential ROI and long-term financial impact.
- Perform detailed analysis of brewing and operational costs, including raw materials, production, and labor, to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and maintain revenue forecasts based on market trends, product launches, and channel performance.

- 2-3 years’ experience in Consulting, Banking, Finance, FP&A, or related financial role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar)

PRODUCTION
BREWER
We are looking for full time Brewer to add to our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Strict adherence to production and safety SOPs.
- Production of wort that falls into the required specifications.
- Monitoring fermentation temperature and activity.
- Maintaining proper and accurate brew house records.
- Maintaining brew house and milling cleanliness and organization
- CIP/SIP of all brewery vessels
- Wort and beer transfer
- Yeast harvest, pitching and health management
- Fermentation monitoring
- Operating the centrifuge
- Strict adherence to sanitary and record-keeping standards
- Basic facilities maintenance
- Manual cleaning of brewery equipment and parts
- Assist management in assuring all production employees are always operating within specified safety SOP’s.
- Assist in clean and sour barrel-aging program as needed
- Contribute to pilot brewing program
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven brewing experience in a production/packaging brewery including wort creation on 10+ barrel brewing system
- A degree from a professional brewing education program is preferred
- Demonstrated track record of success in prior positions.

QUALITY LAB ASSISTANT
We are looking for full time Quality Lab Assistant to add to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calibrate and maintain various lab equipment (pH meters, density meters, digital balances, pipettes & volumetric meters).
- Communicate amongst Departments when batches are Out of Spec, identifying parameters and potential corrective actions.
- Prepare stock solutions, plating media and .
- Perform daily QC tasks including but not limited to: gravities, plating, plate reading, biological identification, PCR, yeast harvest & yeast cell counts.
- Assist/ participate in sensory panels of finished and in-process goods.
- Maintain and organized sensory retain archive.
- Assist in inventory of supplies.
- Assist other Departments when requested (Packaging/ Cellar).
- Included but not limited to taking Package TPOs, cleaning in Production Facility and disposing of spent grain. - Maintain a clean, organized environment.
- The probationary period schedule will be fixed M-F, once off probation schedule can vary depending on Season.

CELLAR PERSON
Kane currently has an opening for a Cellar Person.
Key Responsibilities:
- CIP/SIP of all brewery vessels
- Wort and beer transfer
- Yeast harvest, pitching and health management

- Assist brewers with wort-creation and brew house operation
- Assist with packaging; including canning and bottling, keg filling & cleaning
- Operating the centrifuge

- Basic brewery equipment maintenance

HOSPITALITY
HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATE – PART TIME
Kane Brewing is currently seeking a Part-Time Hospitality Associate. Hospitality Associates pour beer in our Tasting Room and work the retail counter selling beer and merchandise to go. Required work hours are one shift each on Saturday and Sunday. Approximate hours per weekend: 10 – 16 hours.
IMPORTANT: If you already have a full or part-time position with a wholesale distributor of alcohol or a bar/restaurant and are looking for extra hours, please do not apply. We cannot hire across tiers of the three-tier alcohol distribution system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and welcome them to the Brewery.
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitization protocols
- Pour and serve beer to customers.
- Maintain a clean environment.
- Understand beer offerings and be able to answer questions as well as make recommendations.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Process customer payments.
- Ensure an enjoyable experience for all customers.
- Uphold high standards of service quality and consistency.
- Assist with other retail operations as needed.
Competencies:
- Knowledge and/or passion for craft beer and brewing or willingness to be trained and learn

Requirements:
- 21 years of age
- Stand for 6-10 hours per day

- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Prior experience working in craft-focused bar or restaurant
