Double Barrel Amburana Wooden Cleat is our 12.9% Double Barrel-Aged Barleywine. It began as a single cask of barleywine that was aged for over 13 months in a single 13-year-Old Forester bourbon cask. From there it was racked into a single Amburana wood cask to finish. ⁣ ⁣ Double Barrel Amburana Wooden Cleat presents aromatics of dark fruit, figs, rich spicy rum raisin and drinks with notes of cake frosting, cinnamon, maple, chocolate covered cherries and rich bourbon.
