Do I Even Like Eggnog?
Holiday Ale

This 6.8% Eggnog-inspired Holiday Ale is brewed with our house pilsner malt, wheat, oats, and lactose for a full-bodied beer, reminiscent of a traditional holiday eggnog. To balance the sweetness from the lactose, this beer was gently hopped in the kettle, then conditioned on nutmeg and bourbon-soaked vanilla. Do I Even Like Eggnog? pours a hazy gold with holiday forward notes of vanilla and light bourbon spice. Do I Even Like Eggnog? blends all the character of traditional Eggnog with a smooth and full-bodied ale.

Donut Shack
Apple Cider Donut IPA
6.8% ABV
Our 6.8% Apple Cider Donut IPA is brewed in collaboration with our longtime friends at Delicious Orchards. Apple Cider Donuts from Delicious Orchards were added in the mash along with our house Pilsner, wheat and oats for a full-bodied beer. We added freshly pressed apple cider to the kettle with a small amount of lactose to replicate the sweetness of the donut and balance the tartness of the cider. Donut Shack is lightly hopped to add sweet vanilla and coconut flavors, and is finally conditioned on cinnamon to bring together all the flavors of Apple Cider Donuts. Donut Shack pours a light hazy gold with notes of apple, pear, bright cider and cinnamon.

Double Cascade Head High

Double Cascade Head High, our 6.4% IPA, is inspired by the classic with an extra dose of High Oil Cascade hops sourced from Segal Hop Ranch. Double Cascade Head High is hopped with Centennial, Citra, and High Oil Cascade in the Whirlpool and dry-hopped with the unique blend of traditional Head High dry hops but double the amount of High Oil Cascade hops. Double Cascade Head High pours a hazy pale gold color and showcases the citrus, lemony, grapefruit and subtle pine flavors of Cascade.

Double Cryo Overhead
Imperial IPA
8.2% ABV
Double Cyro Overhead is bittered in the kettle with several additions of Centennial hops followed by Simcoe and Columbus in the whirlpool. Simcoe, Citra and Centennial were added for the first dry-hop before a massive second addition of Simcoe, Amarillo, Chinook Cyro and Columbus Cryo. Double Cryo Overhead has a light, unfiltered haze with intense aromatics of fresh citrus, light pine and dank resinous hop flavors. The addition of Columbus and Chinook Cryo at a hopping rate twice of Overhead brings a unique take on our favorite Imperial IPA.

Double Double Cask
Barrel-Aged Barleywine
12.8% ABV
Double Double Cask is our 12.8% double barrel aged barley wine. This release came from two separate barley wines, chosen for their notable complexity. The first component originated from a 2-day boiled barley wine aged initially for 12 months in a blend of large format Cognac and Jura wine casks before then being aged an additional 24 months in a single 13-Year-Old Forester Bourbon cask. The second component came from one of our favorite English barley wine recipes that was aged initially in a large format Armagnac cask for 20 months before being aged an additional 22 months in a single Early Times 10-Year Bourbon cask. Double Double Cask has an average age of 39 months. Double Double Cask pours a near-black dark brown with aromatics of rum raisin, candied oranges and chestnuts along with undertones of cacao and crème brûlée.

Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is a new variant of our Sneakbox family favorite, BOXX, with a massive extra dose of hops. Double Dry-Hopped BOXX is hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Riwaka. Then it's dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Nelson, with an additional dry-hop also including Simcoe, Riwaka & Krush (formerly HBC 586) to capture notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and white wine.

Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave
India Pale Ale

For this batch of Party Wave we added Riwaka to the whirlpool to help boost those citrus and stone fruit flavors we bring in during the dry-hop while providing a smooth, firm bittering. For the dry-hop we did a massive two stage addition with a blend of Galaxy, Nectaron, Citra, HBC586, and a small amount of Riwaka. Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave has all same characteristics of the original with amped-up flavors of overripened pineapples, passionfruit, and a slight dank diesel profile.

Double Galaxy Party Wave
Imperial IPA

Double Galaxy Party Wave, our 7.8% IPA. Brewed with a base of pilsner malt along with a ton of wheat and oats, hopped with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool, followed by a massive dry hop of Galaxy, Citra, Nelson, and Riwaka. We brought in a new harvest of our hand-selected Galaxy crop, and we are stoked to feature it in this batch. Double Galaxy Party Wave pours a dense hazy yellow with aromatics of white peach gummies, passion fruit, and overripe mangoes, along with stonefruit.

Double Head High. Everything you love about Head High, turned to 11. Double Head High is our 8.2% Imperial IPA dry-hopped with a larger dose of the same blend of hops that make the original so great. Just like Head High, this amped up version brings big flavors of orange citrus, stone fruit, grapefruit, and light dank pine.

Double Mosaic Party Wave is the newest iteration of one of our year-round beers, Party Wave, swelled with extra Mosaic hops. Double Mosaic Party Wave carries the familiar citrus and peach flavors with amped up tropical notes of pineapple and blueberry.

Double Ripple
India Pale Ale

Double Ripple is the juiced-up cousin of Ripple, our single hop Nelson Sauvin session ale. Double Ripple is hopped with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin in the Whirlpool. This batch was then double dry-hopped with a blend heavy on Nelson Sauvin and Citra with a small punch of both Galaxy and Riwaka. Double Ripple pours a bright yellow haze with layers of fruity Sauvignon Blanc character, passion fruit, light diesel and citrus notes finishing extremely soft with low bitterness.

Dripping Maple (2022)
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

2024 World Beer Cup Gold medalist, Dripping Maple, is our 13.0% Double Barrel-Aged French-Toast inspired Imperial Stout, will be available this Saturday at the brewery during our tasting room hours of 12-8pm. We first brewed Dripping Maple back in 2020 and are excited to announce its return. For this year’s release we aged an Imperial Stout brewed with Maple Syrup for 16 months in a blend of Eagle Rare and E.H. Taylor Small Batch bourbon barrels. It was then finished in a @runamokmaple Vermont maple syrup barrel. After cold conditioning in stainless, we added Korintje Cinnamon and freshly scrapped Madagascar vanilla beans. Dripping Maple opens with decadent aromatics of fresh baked cinnamon rolls and maple-drenched French toast. The maple syrup and vanilla meld together to bring a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that supports the chocolatey bourbon profile of the blend.

Dripping Maple (2023)
Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout
13.6% ABV
Dripping Maple is a blend of Imperial Stouts aged for over 20 months in Buffalo Trace Weller Bourbon barrels and Runamok Maple Syrup Bourbon casks. This blend was finished in a freshly emptied Heaven Hill Elijah Craig barrel that previously held Maple Syrup. Dripping Maple was then conditioned on Korintje cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans to further develop the flavors of bourbon-drenched French Toast. This full-bodied Imperial Stout brings burnt caramel and sticky maple flavors from the Double Barrel-Aging in bourbon and maple barrels and flavors of sweet cinnamon rolls and a rich sweetness from the vanilla beans.

Dropping Fruit POG
Fruited Sour

Dropping Fruit POG is brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malt and soured in the kettle. We add a small amount of Czech Saaz during the boil then ferment it with our house ale yeast. During fermentation we added a ton of passionfruit, orange, and guava to ramp up the tropical juice flavors. Dropping Fruit POG creates a delightfully balanced beer, retaining a touch of residual malt sweetness reminiscent of the classic tropical breakfast juice with a hint of acidity and tartness perfect for the summer’s warm weather.

Dropping Fruit PTCN
Fruited Sout
6.1% ABV
Inspired by the famous island cocktail Painkiller, this Dropping Fruit is our 6.1% Fruited Sour with Pineapple, Tangerine, Coconut and Nutmeg. Like all the beers in the Dropping Fruit series, it undergoes an overnight souring process followed by a clean fermentation with house ale yeast. Towards the end of fermentation we add a generous amount of Pineapple and Tangerine. Finally the beer is conditioned on freshly processed raw coconut and a hint of nutmeg. This Dropping Fruit balances the tropical flavors of piña colada and citrus with the subtle hint of spice and a slightly tart finish.

Drowned In Coffee

Drowned In Coffee is our 12.0% Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout inspired by the traditional Italian coffee-based dessert, affogato al caffè. For this blend, we tasted through our cellar of Barrel-Aged Imperial Stouts and selected three of our favorite barrels including stouts aged in Blanton's, Stagg Jr. and Jim Beam bourbon barrels. The average age for this blend was over 20 months. This blend was then conditioned on exotic vanilla beans from Comoros, Australia and Madagascar and freshly roasted dark coffee. Drowned In Coffee pours jet black with aromatics of French vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate, creamy caramel and aged rum, with a beautifully fresh coffee nose.

Dry Hopped Markt | Blend N°1
Saison
Dry Hopped Markt is a blend of hoppy saison brewed with pilsner and wheat. It was aged for a year in oak before being blended, dry hopped and bottled. It was dry hopped with Amarillo and Waimea hops at a rate of 3 lbs / BBL. The interplay of the dry hop and the mixed culture brings forward notes of key lime, grapefruit aromatics, a balancing acidity and oaky vanilla undertones.

Blended from a single barrel of traditional spontaneously fermented beer brewed in the Fall of 2018, aged in a cognac cask. Peach Dry Hop presents an intertwining profile of floral peach aromatics, a powdery Amarillo hop punch and a light but refreshing acidity.

Dry-Hopped Shiro Plum | 2019 Harvest
Spontaneous
From a single barrel of traditional spontaneously fermented beer brewed in December 2018, with the addition of blueberry blossom honey in the coolship. The yellow plums show a golden hue with full, bright aromatics of pineapple upside-down cake, juicy plum flavors and a depth of stone fruit supported by a subtle, light honey character from our spontaneously fermented beer.

Elderflower | 2020 Harvest
Spontaneous
In early May 2020, our team traveled to one of our favorite small farms in New Jersey to hand-pick the year's elderflower harvest. Our team carefully selected a blend of some of our favorite mature barrels with an average age of 19 months at the time. We cold macerate the freshly harvested flowers in our traditionally made spontaneously fermented beer for a single night to retain only the most elegant floral aromatics. The beer was then racked back to oak for further conditioning for an additional 6 months prior to bottling. After bottling, Elderflower | 2020 Harvest spent over two years conditioning and rounding out to perfection. The total average age of Elderflower | 2020 Harvest is nearly 4.5 years. Elderflower | 2020 Harvest pours a brilliant golden color with incredibly creamy and well-integrated carbonation. The aromatics immediately burst with a beautiful green apple and fresh spring flowers, while the base beer brings well-rounded acidity balanced by flavors of apricots and pomelo.

Epic Overhead
Triple IPA

Epic Overhead is an exceptional 10.2% Triple IPA brewed with a similar flavor profile to its younger brother, Overhead. To achieve its distinctive flavor, we added a slight bittering addition in the kettle with Columbus hops before a large dose of Centennial in the whirlpool. We added a large charge of Simcoe in the first dry hop and added a second round of Amarillo, Centennial, and Columbus hops for a truly layered experience. Epic Overhead pours with an unfiltered pale haze and brings a blend of clean citrus and pine, complemented by subtle notes of resin.
