Corduroy Lines

Imperial IPA

8.4% ABV

Corduroy Lines is brewed with Citra in the whirlpool, followed with a heavy dry-hop of Galaxy, Waimea, and Citra. Corduroy Lines pours with a bright orange haze and brings bright hop flavors of orange creamsicle, stone fruit, tropical fruit with a hint of resinous pine.

Dry Hopped Markt | Blend N°1

Saison

Dry Hopped Markt is a blend of hoppy saison brewed with pilsner and wheat. It was aged for a year in oak before being blended, dry hopped and bottled. It was dry hopped with Amarillo and Waimea hops at a rate of 3 lbs / BBL. The interplay of the dry hop and the mixed culture brings forward notes of key lime, grapefruit aromatics, a balancing acidity and oaky vanilla undertones.

Indicators

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Indicators, our 7.4% IPA. Brewed with a blend of pilsner, wheat and oats, Indicators was hopped with Nelson and Citra in the whirlpool which was followed by a generous dry-hop of Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, Galaxy and Citra. This incredible hoppy IPA pours a dense pale haze with pleasant Southern hemisphere aromatics of fresh pine, pomelo, candied grapefruit peel, mango and pineapple. presents a pleasant Southern Hemisphere hop aroma with notes of tangerine, peach, and grapefruit.

Iridescent Beach

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Iridescent Beach, our 7.0% IPA, is hopped in the whirlpool with two of our favorite hops—Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin. It's then dry-hopped with Waimea, Nectaron, and Nelson Sauvin to achieve a fruit forward display of hops bursting with notes of orange, pineapple, stone fruit and pine.

Sea Summit

India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Sea Summit is our 6.8% West Coast-Inspired IPA brewed with a blend of Pilsner, wheat, dextrine and light crystal malts. It is hopped plentifully in the kettle and whirlpool with a blend of Centennial, Simcoe and Wimea hops before being fermented dry with a classic west coast yeast. Sea Summit is then dry hopped with Simcoe, Waimea, Citra and Centennial. Sea Summit pours a pale yellow color with a light natural haze. It has aromatics of citron, mangoes and an underlying fresh pine profile. Crisp and Clean.

Small Batch Cold IPA

Cold India Pale Ale

6.8% ABV

Our pilot batch Cold IPA is a 6.8% Cold IPA brewed with pilsner, wheat, dextrin malt, and flaked rice in the grist. This beer was step mashed to aid attenuation and body then hopped on the hot side with Waimea and Strata before being fermented at colder temperatures with a lager yeast strain and then dry-hopped with Nectaron, Waimea, and Strata. This beer pours a very pale gold with balanced and integrated hop flavors and aromatics of fruity orange nectarine, citrus preserves/marmalade, and a touch of dank on top of a neutral, soft and easy to drink canvas.

Summer Share

Cold IPA

6.8% ABV

This year's batch of Summer Share, our 6.8% Cold IPA, is brewed with Pilsner, wheat and rice. We hopped it with Waimea in the kettle, Strata in the whirlpool and a fair share of Nectaron, Waimea and Strata in the dry-hop.​ Summer Share was lagered with our house lager yeast for about one month prior to packaging. This Cold IPA pours a light straw golden color with west coast flavors of pine, citrus and peach with a hint of pineapple.​

Third Reef

Triple IPA

9.7% ABV

Third Reef is hopped in the Whirlpool with Amarillo before getting a massive dry hop of Citra, Waimea, Galaxy, Nectaron, Riwaka, and Amarillo.⁣ ⁣ Third Reef pours with a deep orange haze and brings bright aromatics of fresh citrus, peaches, and tropical fruits, resulting in a bold, juicy triple IPA. ⁣

Turtle's Board

India Pale Ale

7.8% ABV

Turtle's Board, our 7.8% IPA, is hopped in the whirlpool with New Zealand Nectaron and Mosaic hops, then dry-hopped with a blend of Nectaron, Waimea, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops.⁣ ⁣ Turtles Board brings layers of citrusy pine, zesty lemon meringue, peach and stonefruit.⁣

Waimea Pro

Imperial India Pale Ale

8.0% ABV

Waimea Pro is brewed with pilsner malt and hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra & Riwaka, followed by a generous dry-hop of Waimea, Galaxy, and Nectaron.​ The result is a hazy golden pour with vibrant notes of tangerine, pineapple, and mango.​
