Aloha Shirt

India Pale Ale

7.1% ABV

Aloha Shirt is brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat with a touch of lactose, and is hopped with Sabro in the whirlpool with blend of Sultana and Sabro in the dry-hop. ​ We added pineapple to the mix towards the end of fermentation and conditioned the beer on freshly processed raw coconut to usher in the taste of an island vacation. Sabro reinforces notes of coconut and sweet cream while Sultana carries the beer’s unique pineapple and citrus flavors.​

Brighten The Corners

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

This batch of Brighten The Corners, our 7.4% IPA brewed with Pilsner, oats, and wheat, was hopped with Citra, Cashmere and a small amount of Sabro in the whirlpool, then dry-hopped with even more of that same blend. The combination of Citra and Cashmere bring citrus, pineapple, tutti-frutti and lemon-limeade flavors, while the Sabro adds a touch of coconut and sweet tropical fruit.

Donut Shack

Apple Cider Donut IPA

6.8% ABV

Our 6.8% Apple Cider Donut IPA is brewed in collaboration with our longtime friends at Delicious Orchards.​ Apple Cider Donuts from Delicious Orchards were added in the mash along with our house Pilsner, wheat and oats for a full-bodied beer. We added freshly pressed apple cider to the kettle with a small amount of lactose to replicate the sweetness of the donut and balance the tartness of the cider. Donut Shack is lightly hopped to add sweet vanilla and coconut flavors, and is finally conditioned on cinnamon to bring together all the flavors of Apple Cider Donuts. Donut Shack pours a light hazy gold with notes of apple, pear, bright cider and cinnamon.

Double Dry Hopped Galaxy Head High

Imperial IPA

8.2% ABV

Double Dry-Hopped Galaxy Head High is hopped with all the same great hops, plus an additional round of dry-hopping with one of our favorite hops—Australian Galaxy.⁣ ⁣ The addition of Galaxy adds more stone fruit, juicy peach, passionfruit and citrus flavors.⁣

Eastern Sky

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Eastern Sky was hopped with Nectaron and Citra in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Sabro, and Galaxy. This beer pours a hazy orange color, with a hop-forward flavor and aroma profile with notes of citrus fruit, candied pineapple and orange rind with a clean finish.
