12th Anniversary Head High

India Pale Ale

7.2% ABV

Our 12th Anniversary Head High is a 7.2% IPA brewed with our house Pilsner malt, wheat and a considerable addition of Malted Rye. This special edition of Head High was hopped with Citra and Cascade in the whirlpool then followed with two rounds of dry-hopping. The first consisting of a blend of Citra, Cascade and Simcoe, the second a blend of Nelson, HBC586 and Galaxy. This special Anniversary edition of Head High brings together some of our favorite classic hops from when we first opened with a special blend of some of our favorite more recently developed hops from the last decade.

12th Anniversary IPA

Imperial IPA

8.5% ABV

Our 12th Anniversary IPA is an 8.5% Imperial India Pale Ale brewed with Pilsner, Wheat and Malted Oats sourced from our friends at Rabbit Hills Farms in New Jersey. In the spirit of 12 years, this Imperial IPA was brewed using a carefully selected blend of 12 different hops. In the Whirlpool we chose to showcase Motueka, Wai-Iti and Wakatu hops—all New Zealand hops to create a bright, lime-citrus profile. The first dry hop consisting of Riwaka, Moutere, Hohatu and Hallertau Blanc bring notes of passionfruit, peach, and white wine. The second dry hop features a blend of Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, Galaxy and Huell Melon, adding tropical and more stone fruit flavors.

13th Anniversary Head High

This celebratory iteration has a similar malt bill to its classic counterpart with the addition of rye. 13th Anniversary Head High was hopped in the Whirlpool with Citra and Cascade, then dry-hopped with Citra, Cascade & Simcoe, taking a page from the classic Head High hops. This beer was given a more unique second dry-hopping of Peacharine & Pink hops, along with Galaxy, Nelson & Citra giving this IPA layered notes of peach, passion fruit, tropical fruits, berries and white wine.

13th Anniversary IPA

Imperial IPA

8.5% ABV

13th Anniversary IPA, our 8.5% Imperial IPA, was hopped with a collection of some of the best and most flavorful New Zealand and Pacific Northwest hop varieties. Motueka, Riwaka and Wakatu were added in the Whirpool, Moutere, Kohatu, Hallertau Blanc & New Zealand Cascade in the first dry-hop, and Peacharine, Pink, Nelson, Nectaron, Galaxy & HBC 1019 in the second dry-hop.​ 13th Anniversary IPA pours a hazy pale gold and showcases a vibrant and complex flavor profile with a rich combination of mango, nectarine, pineapple and berry notes. This profusion of hops contribute to an intricate drinking experience worthy of celebration, culminating in a layered but balanced bitterness and a smooth, juicy finish.

Blue Hotel

India Pale Ale

7.5% ABV

Blue Hotel is our 7.5% Galaxy hopped IPA that pours a hazy, pale-yellow color with a flavor profile of passionfruit, peach and nectarine.

Blue Ramp

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Blue Ramp is our 7.4% IPA brewed to showcase some of our favorite hops. Blue Ramp is hopped in the whirlpool with Riwaka then dry hopped with a massive amount of Galaxy, Citra, Nelson and HBC 586. The combination of these hops puts forth one of the juiciest hop profiles we have made to date. Blue Ramp pours a hazy golden color with aromatics of passionfruit, overripe mangoes and guava.

Brew Jersey Southern Hemisphere

India Pale Ale

6.7% ABV

Brewed in collaboration with The Brewer’s Guild Of New Jersey and over 35 other breweries, this multi-brewery release is intended to raise funds for the Guild's continued goal of helping to promote, protect and grow New Jersey's craft beer industry. Brew Jersey Southern Hemisphere is brewed with pils, wheat and New Jersey grown and malted oats from Rabbit Hill, and hopped with Nelson, Galaxy and Riwaka. This beer showcases southern hemisphere hops. Aromatic notes of kiwis and sauvignon blanc are tied together with bright flavors of passionfruit, diesel and pine.

Casino Pier

India Pale Ale

6.2% ABV

Casino Pier is our all new 6.2% IPA hopped with Galaxy & Riwaka in the Whirlpool, and dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson & Citra. We used a West Coast yeast strain for a clean and neutral fermentation, allowing the bold flavors and aromas of the hops to take center stage. Casino Pier pours an unfiltered gold with a thick frothy foam. This IPA boasts aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, pine and berry with a vibrant flavor profile of stone fruit, berries and pine with underlying floral notes. Its lower ABV and crisp, dry finish make Casino Pier supremely drinkable.

Corduroy Lines

Imperial IPA

8.4% ABV

Corduroy Lines is brewed with Citra in the whirlpool, followed with a heavy dry-hop of Galaxy, Waimea, and Citra. Corduroy Lines pours with a bright orange haze and brings bright hop flavors of orange creamsicle, stone fruit, tropical fruit with a hint of resinous pine.

Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

For this batch of Party Wave we added Riwaka to the whirlpool to help boost those citrus and stone fruit flavors we bring in during the dry-hop while providing a smooth, firm bittering. ⁣ For the dry-hop we did a massive two stage addition with a blend of Galaxy, Nectaron, Citra, HBC586, and a small amount of Riwaka.⁣ Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave has all same characteristics of the original with amped-up flavors of overripened pineapples, passionfruit, and a slight dank diesel profile.⁣

Double Galaxy Party Wave

Imperial IPA

7.8% ABV

Double Galaxy Party Wave, our 7.8% IPA. Brewed with a base of pilsner malt along with a ton of wheat and oats, hopped with Citra and Riwaka in the whirlpool, followed by a massive dry hop of Galaxy, Citra, Nelson, and Riwaka. We brought in a new harvest of our hand-selected Galaxy crop, and we are stoked to feature it in this batch. Double Galaxy Party Wave pours a dense hazy yellow with aromatics of white peach gummies, passion fruit, and overripe mangoes, along with stonefruit.

Double Mosaic Party Wave

India Pale Ale

Double Mosaic Party Wave is the newest iteration of one of our year-round beers, Party Wave, swelled with extra Mosaic hops.​ Double Mosaic Party Wave carries the familiar citrus and peach flavors with amped up tropical notes of pineapple and blueberry.​

Double Ripple

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Double Ripple is the juiced-up cousin of Ripple, our single hop Nelson Sauvin session ale. Double Ripple is hopped with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin in the Whirlpool. This batch was then double dry-hopped with a blend heavy on Nelson Sauvin and Citra with a small punch of both Galaxy and Riwaka. Double Ripple pours a bright yellow haze with layers of fruity Sauvignon Blanc character, passion fruit, light diesel and citrus notes finishing extremely soft with low bitterness.

Fisherman's Walkway

West Coast IPA

7.6% ABV

Brewed with simple malt pilsner and fermented with a clean neutral yeast strain to highlight the hops. Fisherman's Walkway is hopped with Simcoe in the kettle, Galaxy and Mosaic in the whirlpool and Mosaic, Simcoe, Amarillo and Columbus Cryo in the dry hop. Fisherman’s Walkway pours a straw blonde and has aromatics of stone fruit, pine and resin. This beer is unfiltered with a dry, crisp, bitter and drinkable profile.

Gravitational Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.0% ABV

Gravitational Party Wave, our 7.0% IPA brewed with our good friends at Conclave Brewing was born in 2019 from a blend of Conclave’s Gravitational Waves and our Party Wave. This 7.0% IPA is brewed with a pale grist including pilsner, oats and wheat. For this batch we added some Riwaka and Citra in the Whirlpool, then heavily dry hopped it with Galaxy, Citra, and El Dorado. Gravitational Party Wave is pale and hazy with a bright nose of orange citrus and passionfruit. It brings big flavors of juicy peach, tropical fruit and melon, finishing with a low, clean bitterness.

Indicators

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Indicators, our 7.4% IPA. Brewed with a blend of pilsner, wheat and oats, Indicators was hopped with Nelson and Citra in the whirlpool which was followed by a generous dry-hop of Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, Galaxy and Citra. This incredible hoppy IPA pours a dense pale haze with pleasant Southern hemisphere aromatics of fresh pine, pomelo, candied grapefruit peel, mango and pineapple. presents a pleasant Southern Hemisphere hop aroma with notes of tangerine, peach, and grapefruit.

Manasquan Ridge

Imperial IPA

8.5% ABV

Manasquan Ridge, taking its name from the great fishing spot just off the coast, is hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, Galaxy & Nelson. Manasquan Ridge pours a hazy gold with aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit and grape, enjoyed with flavors of stone fruit, berries and grape with citrus undertones. ​

Open Water

Triple IPA

10.4% ABV

Open Water is hopped in the Kettle with Chinook, in the Whirlpool with Centennial & Citra, and finally dry-hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, Citra, Chinook & Cashmere. ​ Open Water pours a pale gold with traditional citrus-driven hop notes of orange, tangerine, and stone fruit.​

Party Boost

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Party Boost, our 7.4% IPA, is brewed to bring more intense flavors and aromas with HyperBoost and DynaBoost hop oils. Party Boost is hopped with DynaBoost Mosaic in the Whirlpool to amplify the tropical fruit and citrus profile we love in Party Wave. It's then dry-hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe with a large addition of HyperBoost Citra and HyperBoost Mosaic. Party Boost pulls intense citrus, berry and tropical fruit notes from the Dynaboost and Hyperboost hop oils, along with underlying notes of pine, passionfruit and peach.

Party Wave

India Pale Ale

7.4% ABV

Party Wave is our 7.4% IPA brewed with a blend of four hops; Galaxy, Mosaic, and Citra. Party Wave pours a hazy yellow and has flavors of passion fruit and citrus from the heavy use of Galaxy and Citra and more subtle pine and tropical fruit from the Mosaic and Simcoe blend well with the Pilsner malt base. Smooth, juicy and highly drinkable Party Wave of hops.

Pastel Raindrops

India Pale Ale

7.5% ABV

Pastel Raindrops was hopped with Citra in the whirlpool and heavily dry hopped with a blend of HBC 586, Nectaron, Nelson, and Citra Cyro. We added a small dose of lactose to add some sweetness and increased mouthfeel. Pastel Raindrops pours a hazy orange and is densely hoppy with notes of overripe pineapple, fresh pressed Hawaiian POG juice, and notes of lychee.Big aroma, load of flavor and really tasty.

Retractable Skeg

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Retractable Skeg, our 8.0% Imperial IPA, is hopped in the whirlpool with Idaho 7 and Mosaic before a large dry-hop of Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra and Citra Cryo.⁣ Retractable Skeg pours a hazy pale orange with aromatics of tree ripened peaches, succulent mangos, and tangerines.⁣

SBX

Imperial IPA

8.4% ABV

SBX is our 8.4% Imperial IPA and big brother to our award-winning Sneakbox Pale Ale. SBX is hopped in the whirlpool with Citra, then dry-hopped with a massive amount of Citra, HBC 586 and Galaxy for a seriously citrusy flavor punch. SBX delivers on a dense hazy pour and a lasting white head. Aromatics of fresh mango, light pine, with bright creamy citrus notes, clean bitterness and a soft finish.

Shore Vibrations

Imperial IPA

8.0% ABV

Shore Vibrations is our 8.0% Imperial IPA. Shore Vibrations is hopped with Idaho 7 in the whirlpool and dry hopped with a blend of Strata, Mosaic, and Galaxy. Shore Vibrations pours with a dense haze and has layered notes of ripe tangerine jam from the Idaho 7, peach, guava and tropical fruits from the Galaxy and Mosaic and a hint of dank pine from the Strata.
